Kill the last enemy on S&D (must be several people on your team left) (AND MUST CALL THE DOLLAR UP FOR GRABS) - $1

Kill enemies when you're the last man alive on your team, on S&D - $1 per kill IF AND ONLY IF YOU KILL THEM ALL

Be the FIRST to call in a helicopter on Team Deathmatch - $5

Kill an enemy with a flash-bang - $1

Shoot down an enemy chopper - $1
